The fabric is Japanese fine cotton, the colour is navy. There are two layers of fabric, the dots being one layer. The fabric is amazing!! The fit is generous and features include a scoop neckline, a slight drop shoulder, gathered sleeve sitting above the elbow.  The skirt is lined as it is a little see through. The gathered skirt attached to the bodice sits at the waist and the length falls below the knee.

Handwash or gentle cold machine wash. Do not tumble dry, instead line dry out of direct sunshine
