Shipping & Returns
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 within Australia. Please contact for international postage costs.
Your order will be posted within 7 working days by Parcel Post unless it is 'made to order". If so please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
Harper & Edie take no responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels. If the wrong address is given at 'checkout' customer is responsible for the cost of resending the parcel.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase made from this WEBSITE please make contact via email within 3 DAYS of receiving your garment.
At Harper & Edie we are happy to exchange or refund FULL PRICED purchased garment/garments. The garment must be returned unworn in its original state with tag attached within 7 days after making contact. Harper & Edie will not accept worn or laundered garments.
.Customers will need to pay the postage cost of the garment returned to Harper & Edie. Harper & Edie cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.
Exchange for another garment is possible but may be subject to availability of size.
Refunds will be deposited into nominated bank account less initial postage($10) unless the garment is proven faulty.
If a garment is proven to be faulty Harper & Edie will replace or repair faulty garment, where possible. If not Harper & Edie will refund garment cost (and postage cost if applicable).
There is no REFUND or EXCHANGE on garments where the customer has not followed the correct washing/care instructions.
There is no REFUND or EXCHANGE on CUSTOMER ORDERS
EXCHANGE is possible on promotion SALE items.(eg. 20% off this weekend only, 10% OFF)
Customer will need to pay postage cost both ways.
There is no REFUND or EXCHANGE on ODDS & ENDS SALE, 30-50% off or SALE PAGE items. If you are unsure about size, fabric etc, please make contact before purchasing and we will answer your question.
Full priced garments may be exchanged but are unable to be refunded. Please make contact within 7 DAYS FROM PURCHASE, so we can work something out together. The garment can be returned for exchange either by post (at customers expense) or at another market. Worn garments cannot be exchanged.
