Shipping is a flat rate of $10 within Australia. Please contact for international postage costs.
Your order will be posted within 7 working days by Parcel Post unless it is 'made to order". If so please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
Harper & Edie take no responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels. If the wrong address is given at 'checkout' customer is responsible for the cost of resending the parcel.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.
If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase made from this WEBSITE please make contact via email within 3 DAYS of receiving your garment.
Please DO NOT POST garment back to us until we have responded to your email.
Return postage costs are the customers responsibility.
FULL PRICED ITEMS -
At Harper & Edie we are happy to exchange, refund or provide an online credit (valid for 3 years) on FULL PRICED purchased garment/garments.
The garment must be returned unworn in its original state with tag attached within 7 days after making contact.
Harper & Edie will not accept worn or laundered garments.
Exchange for another garment is possible but may be subject to availability of size, customers will need to pay all postage costs.
Refunds will be deposited into nominated bank account less postage costs unless the garment is proven faulty.
Promotional Sales.(eg. 20% off this weekend only, summer sale, 10% OFF)
Items can be returned for an online credit (valid 3 years) or an exchange where item is available.
There are no refunds on SALE ITEMS unless garment is proven to be faulty or under conditions set by the Australian Consumer Law.

ODDS & ENDS SALE, 30-50% off or SALE PAGE, are non-returnable unless garment is proven to be faulty or under conditions set by the Australian Consumer Law.
